Lady Ha Ha #ladyhah aka Laughter Yogi Odette

Odette aka Lady Ha Ha #ladyhaha. Our Head Laughter - Laughter Yoga Teacher and Holistice wellbeing practitioner.

Principle of The Laughter Yoga wellness Training Academy in Angel and Islington and Director of Laughter Yoga Wellness UK.

Laughter Yoga is an incredible wellbeing tool and social connector,  and is playing a vital role in combating loneliness for many Londoners. Did you know London now has a minister of Loneliness so this issue is being taken very seriously. We know that loneliness and social isolation are endured by more than 9 million people in the UK. Clubs such as the London Laughter Yoga club offer opportunities for members of the local community to get together, to socialise, interact, get fit, let go of stress and lift moods. When you laugh with a stranger, they are no longer a stranger. People bond very deeply and very quickly when practising laughter yoga. The bonding often continues after the class at a local cafe over a cuppa.

In addition to it being a lot of fun, there are some very serious benefits from practising laughter yoga.

1.      Elevates Mood

2.      Reduces Stress

3.      Bonding and Connection

4.      Strengthens the immune system

5.      Relieves Pain

6.      Team Builder

7.      Helps to improve efficiency and performance.

8.      Energy Boost

9.      Laughing through Challenges.
